BEACH EQUIPMENT

Security Deposit (refundable): $100.00
Deposit is refundable upon return of items in clean and undamaged condition.

Renter’s Responsibilities
Renter agrees to return all items in clean condition and in the same condition as received.
Renter will be held liable for any loss, damage, or excessive dirt/sand on the items.
Equipment must be returned on time or additional fees may apply.

Owner’s Responsibilities
Owner agrees to provide clean and functional equipment at the start of the rental.
Owner will inspect items upon return and notify the Renter of any damages or cleaning fees.

Deposit Return
Deposits will be returned within ___ days of item return if all terms are met.
Deductions may be made for cleaning, repairs, or replacement as needed.
